Exchange and return are a guaranteed right for all our customers and include all products offered in our store.

Digital or downloadable products are accepted for exchange or return in specific cases only (see details below).

The product must be in its original condition and unused or unloaded (for digital files).

Requests must be submitted within:

3 days for return

7 days for exchange

From the date of purchase

Order number

Product name

Reason for return or exchange request

Image showing defect (if physical product)

✅ Acceptable cases for return or exchange:

The product has a technical defect or is not working as intended.

The file does not clearly match the product description.

The wrong or incorrect product was sent.

If there is a clear technical defect that prevents use as stated in the product description.

💸 Refund:

A full refund will be issued if the product does not exactly match what was described on the website.

If the customer withdraws the purchase without a defect in the product:

❗ A processing fee of 30% of the order value or a minimum of AED 25 (whichever is higher) will be deducted.

⛔ Exceptions:

We are not responsible for any personal expectations or uses not stated on the product page.

Products cannot be returned after downloading or using them unless they have a proven technical defect.
